TP7-1318-BThe TP Top Plate w no collar sits directly on the chimney crown. It creates a supporting platform for the TC Top Clamp to sit on. Top Plates with NO Collar are meant to be used with CL Lids, SC Storm Collars, & TC Top Clamps.
