Restored Ornate Victorian Solid Brass Doorknob Backplate GA291This solid brass backplate was restored by removing all existing debris paint then cleaning and polishing. It has a glossy finish and in excellent condition. Made by Sargent & Co in the late 1800's, it has a center shell embellishment, beaded trim and raised center nipple.
