Felsen II 2022Made from 30 years old Syrah, hand harvested, destemmed and then stomped by foot. Fermented with indigenous yeast in large barrels, no racking. Aged 12 months and then bottled without fining, filtering or additions of sulfites. A delicate and fine Syrah that is cool and fresh with notes of exotic spices and wild berries.

the wine in the barrels and especially the double barrel were extraordinary (it looked like the O2 Vigne) but in the small 55 L barrel the wine was tired
