Thunder Egg PairThis is a cut and polished thunder egg I dug from the Polka Dot mine in Central Oregon. It has translucent agate and common green opal with a nice spider shape. This thunder egg has a nice deep shape and will display in a stand well. Each half is approximately 3. 75 x 4. 25 and weighs approximately 1. 2 lbs. shipping and packaging are included in the price

I found in the near shore split fish layer of fossil lake

This is from North Ankara

It has beautiful translucent dark agate with light colored water lines

This one also fossils that are still covered just under the surface around the outside of the nodule

Each side is 3-1/2” across and the backs are complete

This is a pair of beautiful Priday Plume thunder eggs from the Richardson’s Ranch in Central Oregon

limonite is a family of iron oxides and in this case appears a orange/brown material inside the agate core

It is also slightly UV reactive and I have included the UV photo and is 4-1/4” long and 3” wide

Each coaster is 3-3/8” and they are round

it has nice druzy crystals inside a swirl shaped chamber surrounded by agate and the unique rhyolite shell that these are known for

This one has solid core of dark agate with swirling patterns
