A beautifully designed piece it is crafted in 9ct yellow gold in a heart shape with a bow design top and a pearl adorned leaf to the centre. The heart is decorated with a vibrant green guilloche enamel. The bow is adorned with creamy seed pearls. Full hallmarks can be found on the inner rim of the case with short hallmarks struck on the outer lid

each link of the chain bears the lion passant for sterling silver

The body is made from a beautiful cultured pearl with cool tones and the eyes are set with tiny demantoid garnet cabochons

Giardinetti roughly translates to little garden

marked on the reverse sterling silver with makers mark JC & S
