as the pasta is slow dried at ambient temperature so it retains all the goodness of the handpicked grains as well as gives you the perfect bite for the al-dente texture

Bucatini pasta originated in Italy

These are then dried using traditional slow drying methods at low temperatures over a long duration to retain the nutritional integrity of the beautiful ingredients
