The image is nice and clear and the steel hook shows only light tarnish
The brass is in excellent condition with no missing bits
It was for a left handed person

There are no maker's initials on the base or any other hall marks but is typical of the period
The interior is lined with a raspberry coloured paper which is the original and typical of the period
