Sandhill SyrahSandhill Estates winemaking techniques are designed to enhance, not interfere with, the naturally occurring fruit flavours in their wines. During the pressing of the grape skins, only the high quality first pressings are gathered into oak barrels for aging. This expression is sweet scented with a bouquet of dark plum, roasted coffee beans, blueberry jam, dark chocolate, vanilla, and sweet baking spices. It is a dry, full bodied wine with soft tannins
