KTM EXC (2000-07) OVER-BAR MOUNT KITTo suit: KTM EXC models from 2000 2007. Note. Mounting Kit only SCOTTS Off Road Steering Stabiliser is available separately. THIS ORIGINAL MOUNTING KIT LOCATES THE STABILISER ABOVE THE HANDLEBARS. This simple bolt on kit locates the SCOTTS Steering Damper unit directly above the handlebars for easy access and adjustment. Featuring a dedicated one piece billet handlebar top clamp to locate the damper unit, the associated pin assembly for the link arm
In conjunction with the BarkBuster aluminium back-bone hand-guards (with either Storm or VPS shield protectors fitted)
Our LEVEL 1 front and rear suspension retains the travel/seat hight of the standard bike
Our Fat-Bar Riser kit mounts to the OEM cast top triple clamp
Our LEVEL 1 Fork Kit is designed to be a straightforward DIY fit
together with our own dedicated linear-wound springs in a choice of two rates - standard and heavy-duty
the associated pin assembly for the link arm simply clamps around the head tube of the bike below the top triple clamp
or an extra pair of gloves for example
the moulded fuel tank has been designed to complement the shape of the 690 bodywork
Models equipped with a factory steering lock will require the locking device to be removed as it will not clear the damper mounting components
