It was manufactured by B D Yale, as is indicated by the B D mark on the body of the syringe. The hinged case bears a patent date of October 22, 1901. The syringe sits firmly in the case with hypodermic needles and other accessories also mounted in dedicated holders. This is sold as an antique collector's item and absolutely should not be used.
